Created by Stephan Coridon, Ithos Consulting is an independant International Executive Training & Coaching Company based in Lille, France.
Stephan utilizes his 20 years of sales, marketing and strategic consulting success, as a dynamically radiant international executive trainer and coach in Europe, Middle East, Africa and the Caribbean. He works for international and multi-cultural companies in more than 15 different countries in French and English.
He specializes in conducting "Soft Skills and Behavioral Change for Leadership Transformation" programs which helps managers, salespeople and teams develop the mindsets and behaviors that can most vitally leverage their hard skills.
As a certified Leadership and Team Coach, Stephan is skilled at distilling the factors that expand impact and influence on business challenges. Practical and business oriented, Stephan works with leaders and Teams who want to 'step up'–by making successful transitions into new roles or shifting to higher levels of contribution in their current roles.
His practice is supported by a global network of seasoned executive coaches and consultants in more than 30 countries.
As a philantropist, Stephan founded the NGO Anansi Mentoring Academy: a learning platform for Pan-African Mentors who help French-speaking African Entrepreneurs.
Stephane is a graduate of KEDGE Business School and holds a Bachelors Degree in European Business at Portsmouth Business School and a MSc in Business Consulting and Organizational Behaviour at University Paris Dauphine.
